Breton

My self-portraits are moments of consciousness made visible.

I create to translate what shifts inside me, letting color and gesture reveal fragments of memory, emotion, and thought as they surface under the thin ice of the paper. The recurring calligraphic “A” signature becomes both a reference point and a simple proof of sanity.

Each piece is less a face than an inner state, a brief passage where identity dissolves and reforms, inviting viewers to meet not my image but the movement of my mind. Each stroke, each line, each color echoes the fluctuation of an inner melody, a quiet and sometimes strong musicality that guides the movement of the work from within.
